This cranberry apple salad from Heidi’s Wanderings is a quick, sweet and healthy snack. It only takes a few minutes to prepare so it’s perfect for a busy weekday snack.
Here’s What You Need
1 pound of cranberries
10 oz can of mandarin oranges
1 pound cubed granny smith apples
1 16 oz can of crushed pineapple
1/2 cup Monk Fruit Sweetner
Here’s What You Do
Throw all of the fruit in a bowl, and then add that Monk Fruit Sweetner. Stir it up well, and chill it for an hour. It’s then ready to serve.
